Returns and Refunds Policy
We offer a full refund on items that arrive incorrect or defective. We would prefer to replace the incorrect or defective item(s) at no cost to you, but we are also happy to issue a full refund for the item.
To report an problem with an order, please Contact Us with your name, order #, and a brief description of the issue. You can also call our store phone at (336) 306-3572 if you are unable to send e-mails.
We are able to ship to almost anywhere in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please use caution when ordering and refer to any local, state, or national laws and regulations regarding our products.
We will ship to other countries but are not liable if your product gets stopped in customs or is confiscated by foreign government agencies.
We currently use USPS for all of our shipping needs. We offer FREE SHIPPING on all items. Free Shipping is typically 3-5 business days. We also offer Priority, and Priority Express shipping options. Priority is typically 2-3 days, and Priority Express is typically 1-2 days.
Please keep in mind that shipping estimates are from the time it is handed off to our shipping carrier. If you were to order Priority Express (1-2 day shipping) on a Saturday, that does not mean it will arrive on Monday. 1-2 days does not include processing time. Please see the Shipment Processing section for more details.
Shipment processing time
Orders are processed Monday - Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following business day. Any orders placed before 12pm will be processed that same day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
